Our Training Standards Committee and Leadership Groups are identified and chosen by their peers. Within the club environment, our future leaders are offered support and mentored by their coaches and fellow team mates, by more senior players and by past players now leaders of industry. We offer professionally facilitated personal development and career guidance.
Off field, our professional Club Management is supported by a professionally experienced and appropriately skilled Club Executive and Advisory Board. Our goal is to develop our members as footballers and as confident, well adjusted young people, future leaders of Club, University and Community.
